To better assess your case accurately , all clients must provide relevant case information. If you are unwilling or unable to provide it, please do not proceed with this quotation service. We are committed to delivering high-quality service.
When is the best time to proceed with my case?
The ideal time to address your matter is within 10 calendar days from the date of the offence. Delays beyond this period may reduce your chances of achieving the best possible outcome.
If your goal is to avoid a conviction record—not just a reduction in demerit points—it is essential that, once we review your case and provide a quotation, you follow our instructions closely and submit all required documents promptly.
We assess each case individually, taking into account your specific circumstances. The likelihood of a successful outcome will be reflected in the quotation we provide.
Please note:
- Our role is not to guide you through each step of the process, but to focus on achieving the best possible outcome for your case. To do this effectively, your full cooperation and strict adherence to our instructions are essential.
You are not required to manage the case independently or communicate with any agencies. Your primary responsibility is to follow our guidance and provide any requested information or documents in a timely manner.
The success of your case largely depends on your level of cooperation. While we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality service, our ability to do so relies on your compliance with our processes and instructions.
- We will keep you informed of any updates regarding your case until it is fully concluded. In the meantime, you are also welcome to check on the progress at any time by emailing us and including your case number in the message.
- Handling each client’s case typically takes over a year and may involve multiple court appearances before it is concluded. Our service fees cover multiple court attendances and document processing; however, they do not include appeal proceedings.
Multiple court appearances may be necessary if the prosecution has not yet disclosed all relevant materials.
If you are found guilty at trial, we will assess whether your case is eligible for appeal. Any appeal-related services are not included in the initial service fees and will require separate discussion and agreement.
Free consulting service:
The initial meeting is mainly about gathering information and evaluating your case. (You must provide the required documents before your free consultation. If we do not receive the relevant documents for your case, we will not be able to provide a consultation. Once you decide to hire us to handle your case, your service fee will include a detailed consultation.

Before you start:
We don't accept any hidden or blocked information on the documents (e.g. ticket(s), Notice of Trial letter, etc.)
If you have a dashboard camera recording (mp4 format), please email it with your case number (ticket number) to
info@girservices.com after quotation request is submitted.
Please have all the ticket(s) and related documents ready for upload; you may submit scanned or taken photos of the document(s).
If your tickets were not received under the same circumstances, please submit a quotation request separately and a copy of each ticket as separate images in the "Upload field".
