As part of our legal servics, we will file your ticket with the court, if applicable. You will then receive a "Notice of Trial" from the court, which will be mailed to the address you provide. Please note that it may take 4-8 months from the ticket(s) filed date.
If your contact information changes, such as phone number, emal, or address, it is your responsibility to notify our office immediately.
Upon receipt of the "Notice of Trial," it is imperative that you send us a copy of the document as soon as possible. You can online submit document here or you may do so by email or by delivering it to our office.
• If you email, please use a scanner or Cam Scanner (phone app) to scan your court document(s) and sent it to info@girservices.com
• If you choose to fax the document, please call us at (647)288-1331 ten minutes after sending to confirm receipt.
• If you choose to deliver the document to our office, please call (647)288-1331 first to ensure that a representative is available to assist you.
• After the trial date is set, the court will send a notice to your mailling address within 4-6 months. Please email us a copy of the notice as soon as possible.
• If the courts are busy, the wait time will be significantly logner. Please be patient.
